Another Cool Feature – Mobile Mapping
Creative Arts is a member of the THE EXCHANGE Network, a shared network of 2,300 full-service ATMs that allows deposits and withdrawals on a surcharge-free basis beyond your standard monthly account fee. When you’re on the move, users of devices such as the BlackBerry or iPhone can use a GPS-based mapping program to determine their nearest ATM on THE EXCHANGE® Network. Your handheld device will return results based on the proximity to your current location. While the application is free, standard data rates apply from your wireless carrier.
There is no cost to use Mobile Banking at Creative Arts, aside from standard browsing airtime charges from your mobile carrier.
Security and Privacy
Your personal information is as secure in Mobile Banking as it is on our primary OnLine Banking system. We take many precautions to protect our online banking environment and ensure your information is safe. Our online services offer you the best security currently available in a commercial environment so that your personal and financial information is protected while in transit between your phone or computer and our server. Data encryption – scrambling the data using a complex mathematical formula – ensures that information cannot be read in transit or changed by unauthorized users. Our system uses only the strongest channel available – 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
If you have temporarily misplaced your mobile phone (e.g. you left it at a job site), you can disable Mobile Banking by visiting the Preferences page within Creative Arts OnLine Banking. Once you locate your mobile phone, simply go online and enable the feature again. If you have lost your mobile phone or if it was stolen, please contact your mobile carrier immediately and follow the carrier’s recommended procedures for this scenario. You can delete your mobile phone completely from Mobile Banking by visiting our OnLine Banking Preferences page.
